A standard for eye protection equipment developed by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), which is the core certification for squash goggles to enter the North American market. This standard has strict requirements on lens impact resistance, optical clarity, and structural stability. During testing, it must pass the impact test of a 16mm steel ball falling from a height of 1.5 meters and the impact test of a 0.25-inch steel projectile at a speed of 150 feet per second, ensuring it can resist high-speed ball impact (impact resistance usually needs to reach above 100J).

Packaging & Shipping

For bulk orders, five-layer corrugated cartons are used as outer packaging, which have strong compression resistance and can withstand multi-layer stacking pressure. Inside the carton, each individual product is separated by pearl cotton partitions, or the gaps are filled with air columns to ensure that the products do not shift inside the carton; the bottom and cover of the carton are sealed with packing tape, and corner protectors are attached to the edges to enhance the drop resistance of the carton. Installation Instructions

Component Inventory: Before installing the squash goggles, carefully check the components in the product package. Standard squash goggles usually include a frame, lenses, a strap, and adjustable nose pads (some models may not have nose pads). Ensure all components are complete and free of obvious damage, deformation, or scratches. If any component is missing or has quality issues, contact the supplier immediately for replacement.
Component Cleaning: Use a clean soft cloth (such as an eyeglass cloth) to gently wipe the frame, lenses, and strap to remove any dust, stains, or debris on the surface. Keeping components clean facilitates smooth subsequent installation and improves the overall performance and service life of the goggles. For lenses, do not use cleaners containing alcohol or corrosive chemicals to avoid damaging anti-fog, anti-reflective, or other coatings on the lenses.
